Source.ag seeks a hands-on, greenhouse‑savvy professional to work on-site with growers in the Leamington area. You will diagnose issues, translate grower needs into product improvements, and build lightweight tools and dashboards to deliver real value each crop cycle.

You are deeply analytical, possess 3+ years in the industry, and are comfortable traveling across North America. You’ll collaborate with Product and support teams to scale impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in greenhouse or grower-facing roles.
• Deep growing and greenhouse knowledge.
• Based in Leamington, Ontario area and willing to travel >50% across North America.
• Hands-on builder who creates tools, dashboards, or scripts.
• Strong analytical mindset with data KPIs and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Spend >50% on-site with growers diagnosing issues.
• Speak growers' language and build trust in greenhouse operations.
• Bridge gaps between existing products and growers' needs; prototype where needed.
• Use AI tools to accelerate work and automate repetitive tasks.
• Develop dashboards to monitor adoption and value across client portfolios.
