Job summary

Nature Fresh Farms is seeking a Software Developer for its Leamington, Canada office to lead AI-driven software projects and integrations. You will design and deploy AI agents, optimize model workloads on NVIDIA stacks, and build robust APIs across on‑premises and cloud environments.

The role requires 2–5 years in full‑stack development with .NET/C# and/or Python, plus experience with AI-assisted coding tools and API integration. A proactive, secure, and collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development and support, ideally with AI/LLM integrations.
• Full-stack development with .NET (C#/ASP.NET Core) and/or Python, including API design/integration.
• Experience with AI agents/LLMs, prompting, tool calling, and AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to identify AI-driven solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.
• Deploy and optimize AI inference workloads on NVIDIA AI stack (CUDA, TensorRT-LLM, Triton).
• Develop APIs and integration components for reliable data flow across systems.
• Maintain MS SQL Server databases and related data workflows.
