Job summary

CDW Canada is seeking a Product Manager to join the Product team within the Business Transformation group. You will translate business needs into product opportunities and manage the lifecycle of platforms used by CDW Canada sellers and services teams, including CRM, CPQ, PSA, and CLM.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with CDW Canada business leaders to define, optimize, and enable business processes through technology solutions, ensuring systems, workflows, and product capabilities support operational objectives and user needs.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and end users across CDW Canada to understand evolving needs, conduct ongoing discovery, gather feedback, and ensure product strategies reflect organizational priorities.
• Ensure adoption and usage of the end-to-end tools to execute on the CDW lead-to-order processes.
• Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps for platforms supporting CDW Canada sellers and services teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise priorities, and customer needs.
• Lead the prioritization of product investments, enhancements, and initiatives based on business value, user needs, strategic objectives, and technology capacity.
• Translate business objectives, user feedback, and operational requirements into product capabilities, features, and enhancement opportunities.
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product adoption, business value, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
• Serve as the voice of the Canadian business within the broader product organization and cross-functional value streams, providing context on market-specific requirements, business priorities, and customer needs to influence product decisions, roadmaps, enterprise planning, and investment decisions.

• Partner with business, technology, legal, and compliance stakeholders to ensure product capabilities address Canadian regulatory, localization, data, and operational requirements.

• Communicate enterprise product roadmaps, strategic initiatives, and delivery plans to stakeholders across all levels of the CDW Canada organization, ensuring visibility, alignment, and understanding of upcoming capabilities and investments.

The Product Manager - Canada is a member of the Product team within the Business Transformation group, and supports CDW Canada's selling and services organizations. The role serves as the primary connection between CDW Canada and the Technology and Business Transformation teams. The Product Manager - Canada translates business needs into product opportunities and ensures solutions address Canadian market requirements while aligning with CDW's broader strategic direction. The Product Manager oversees the product lifecycle for the platforms used by CDW Canada sellers and services teams--from strategy and roadmaps through delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimization. These platforms include Marketing Automation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Professional Services Automation (PSA), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM). The role partners closely with business and technology teams to establish priorities, navigate dependencies, plan capacity, and drive measurable business outcomes.

What you'll do

Business Partnership & Process Leadership

• Partner with CDW Canada business leaders to define, optimize, and enable business processes through technology solutions, ensuring systems, workflows, and product capabilities support operational objectives and user needs. This includes in person meetings as needed at the CDW Canada office.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders and end users across CDW Canada to understand evolving needs, conduct ongoing discovery, gather feedback, and ensure product strategies reflect organizational priorities.

Each of our roles is assigned a salary range that is informed by multiple sources of market data. We determine individual pay within a given range based on a candidate's prior experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. This approach allows us to offer competitive and equitable salaries that reflect the value and responsibilities of each role at CDW. Salaries are based on a 40-hour work week and paid on a bi-weekly payroll schedule.

Pay range: $115,000- $159,800, depending on experience and skill set
