Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide clients with information
  • Sort, verify and process financial transactions
  • Verify and balance transactions
  • Compile and maintain insurance data and records
  • Provide customer service
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Monitor insurance claims and respond to clients\' enquiries
Qualifications and experience
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Insurance experience: Group insurance
