We are hiring for two (2) full-time Group Benefits Service Advisors at our Saskatoon office, starting as soon as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform customer service activities including assisting with claims, underwriting inquiries, and administering employee benefits plans.
2. Implement and service new group contracts.
3. Provide training to clients, advisors, and staff to promote self-reliance.
4. Prepare and deliver sales, renewal, and education presentations.
5. Explain quotations and contracts to clients and plan administrators.
6. Gather data for sales processes and prepare proposals and renewals.
7. Prepare client updates and assist the Sales Department.
8. Adhere to SLAs, Company ethics, and meet KPIs.
9. Utilize CRM systems and manage customer relations via Microsoft Dynamics 365.
10. Assist in issuing travel policies and organize electronic files.

Job Requirements

1. Life insurance license or willingness to pass the LLQP exam within 3 months.
2. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
3. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
4. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics.
5. Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
6. Team-oriented with a desire to contribute to organizational success.
