We are hiring for two (2) Group Benefits Service Advisor! This is a full-time position starting as soon as possible at our Saskatoon office.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Perform all customer service activities for assigned block of business including, but not limited to:
- Assist with claims and underwriting inquiries.
- Provide superior customer service support to clients and advisors with respect to day-to-day administration of their employee benefits plan.
- Implement and service new group contracts for assigned block of business.
- Assist clients, advisors, and staff to become self-reliant through various training activities.
- Prepare customized sales, renewal, and education presentations.
- Assist clients by explaining or discussing details of group benefit quotations and/or contracts with clients and plan administrators.
- Gather data and documentation to support the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver requests for proposals, quotations, and the annual client renewals.
- Prepare client updates for presentation.
- Assist the Sales Department in all service activities.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Company Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and meet target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as set out by Management.
- Utilize the Company CRM system as set out by Management.
- Report to the Executive.
- Oversee and manage Regency’s customer relations management system (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to ensure carrier renewals are provided to Regency Advisors within a reasonable timeframe to present to clients.
- Assist the Sales Advisors in their daily duties as necessary.
- Issue travel policies using our corporate sales platform.
- Ensure all electronic files and documents are properly labeled, filed, and stored on the corporate website.
Job Requirements:
- Life insurance license (if not currently licensed, willing to pass the LLQP exam within the first 3 months).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Travel, as appropriate, with the client’s best interest as the goal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Superior analytical skills.
- Word processing skills, personal computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Dynamics).
- Highly organized, work well under pressure, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Team spirited and desire to contribute to overall organizational success.
