Job summary

Edon Management is seeking dependable Snow Removal and Landscape Workers to keep Alberta properties safe, functional, and well-presented year-round. You’ll clear snow in winter and maintain landscaped areas in warmer months, often working outdoors in small teams or independently.

You’ll build skills in property maintenance, follow safety protocols, and use reliable equipment to deliver high-quality results across client sites. This role offers steady shifts and valuable hands-on experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous landscaping or maintenance experience is considered an asset.
  • Good command of the English language (written and verbal).
  • Strong customer care and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to operate small power equipment used in landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform snow removal and landscaping duties such as shoveling, blowing, sweeping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep.
  • Inspect building grounds regularly to ensure professional appearance and contract standards.
  • Plant, water, and maintain grass, trees, shrubs, and other greenery.
  • Help install, repair, and maintain irrigation systems and other outdoor equipment.
  • Watch for and report safety hazards or damage needing attention.
  • Respond promptly to work requests or emergencies, especially during snow or storm events.
  • Represent Edon positively with clients, tenants, and subcontractors.
  • Work safely, show initiative, and contribute to a team-focused environment.

We’re looking for dependable individuals who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves; whether it’s clearing snow in winter or maintaining landscaped areas in the warmer months.

Who are we?

Experience & Qualifications
