Country Grocer Cobble Hill location is seeking a dedicated Grocery Supervisor for a full-time position. Lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure outstanding customer service in a busy store environment.

The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling pressure while maintaining a friendly service attitude. Day, evening, and weekend shifts are required; benefits and growth opportunities are offered after probation.

• 2 years of supervisor/management experience considered an asset but not required

Job Title: Grocery Supervisor – Full-Time

Our Cobble Hill location is looking to welcome a new Full-time Grocery Supervisor to their team! Are you an enthusiastic and motivated leader? • A desire to provide outstanding customer service to our loyal customers
• A high level of motivation and a proactive attitude
• A heightened attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Comfortable with conflict management and resolution
• An ability to prioritize tasks, follow directions and manage time
• A willingness to work both autonomously and with at team
• A desire to comply with established department procedures and safe work practices
• A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback

Some of what you will do:

• Provide exemplary customer service to both our internal and external customers
• Handle all customer complaints in a positive and professional manner
• Supervise staff and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are carried out
• Order stock from suppliers
• Stock shelves, rotate and face products, build end displays
• Ensure that high standards are set and maintained for all safety issues
• Perform other duties as required

Experience:

• 2 years of supervisor/management experience considered an asset but not required

Pay for this job:

Pay: CA$21.50-CA$27.50 per hour

Starting Range: $21.50-$23.50

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $27.50

There’s room to grow! Annual performance reviews provide opportunities to move up within this range over time.

Work Schedule:

Must be available for day, closing, and weekend shifts.
