Longo is seeking a Grocery Assistant Department Manager - Full Time in Bolton, Ontario. This leadership role supports the Grocery Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly, mentoring Team Members and upholding health, safety and food safety standards.

You will drive merchandising, inventory management and scheduling to meet financial objectives, while delivering exceptional service to customers and vendors in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a grocery department with a solid understanding of product knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
