Job summary

Longo's is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Department Manager to lead a fast-paced team and support the Food Service Manager in daily operations. You will mentor Team Members, manage inventory and scheduling, and ensure exceptional service to customers and vendors while upholding health, safety and loss prevention standards.

This full-time role requires a minimum of one year in a food service environment, strong communication, and the ability to work days, evenings, and weekends, including travel

• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.
