Longo's is seeking a Dairy/Frozen Assistant Department Manager - Full Time to lead a fast-paced team in our dairy/frozen department. The role focuses on coaching Team Members, driving customer service excellence, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding health and safety standards in-store.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in a dairy/frozen setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to merchandise effectively, manage inventory, and collaborate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a dairy/frozen department with a solid understanding of product knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with Team Members and Customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency
• Effective communication and listening skills
• Strong creativity skills and ability to create eye catching displays
• Ability to role model and inspire behaviour consistent with our values
