Longo's in Vaughan is seeking a Kitchen Assistant Department Manager to lead and support a fast-paced food service team in-store. The role focuses on coaching, training, and delivering excellent customer service while ensuring store policies, health and safety, and loss-prevention standards are met.

You will manage inventory, schedule staff to meet goals, and engage with customers and vendors to uphold a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a food service department with solid product knowledge.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
