Longo is seeking a Dairy/Frozen Assistant Department Manager - Full Time to lead daily operations in a fast-paced retail setting. You will motivate the dairy team, support regular meetings, and coach staff to maintain high productivity while upholding health, safety, and loss-prevention standards.

You will manage inventory, merchandise displays, and customer service, building strong relationships with team members and customers while meeting financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a dairy/frozen department.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with team members and customers.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate and work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
