Job summary

DQ Grill & Chill in Yorkton, SK is seeking a Grill Cook for a full-time on-site position. Wages range from $17.00 to $17.50 per hour, with 35 hours per week and immediate start possible.

Requirements include English language proficiency, a high school diploma, and 7 months to under 1 year of kitchen experience. Part-time applicants are welcome where noted.

Responsibilities

• Determine portion sizes and costs for meals.
• Plan menus and estimate food requirements.
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas.
• Manage kitchen operations.
