Element Fleet Management is seeking a GHG Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end GHG reporting framework, establish methodologies, controls, and governance, and drive timely disclosures across functions.

We’re looking for a collaborative individual to join our team as GHG (Greenhouse Gas) Compliance Manager. In this role, you will own the end-to-end greenhouse gas (GHG) reporting framework and approach, establishing the methodologies, controls, governance, and cross-functional requirements needed to deliver accurate, complete, supportable, and timely GHG disclosures. You will independently interpret evolving reporting requirements, direct their implementation across the reporting process, and be accountable for GHG reporting readiness, assurance readiness, compliance-risk identification, and continuous improvement of the organization’s GHG reporting capabilities. You will also provide functional leadership and professional direction across contributing functions for GHG reporting while operating with substantial autonomy on complex reporting, methodology, control, and assurance matters.

The hiring base salary range for this position is $99,200 - $136,400 annually. This range represents the Company’s good‑faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role.
