  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an API developer, back-end developer, or similar software development role.
  • Experience designing and developing APIs and microservices in enterprise environments.
  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and strongly typed object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, GraphQL, EKS, ECS, AWS CLI, AppSync).
  • Experience with cloud DevOps tools and processes including CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and shell scripting.

  • Implement back-end functionality using Java, Spring Boot for reliable, high-performing apps.

About the Role

We’re looking for a collaborative professional to join our team as Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable multi-layer APIs and supporting application components that enable key business and technology initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver secure, high-performing, and reliable solutions. You will contribute to code quality, technical innovation, and continuous improvement across front-end and back-end development practices.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using modern programming languages and frameworks to support enterprise integrations and business‑critical solutions.
  • Implement back‑end functionality using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies to ensure reliable, maintainable, and high‑performing applications.
  • Implement front‑end functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies to support seamless user experiences and integrated application workflows.
  • Collaborate across front‑end and back‑end development activities to deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions aligned with project objectives.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests using test‑driven development (TDD) practices to ensure solution quality and system reliability.
  • Participate in code reviews, apply development best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance maintainability, scalability, and performance.
  • Support cloud‑native development and deployment activities using AWS services and DevOps tooling to improve deployment efficiency, scalability, and operational stability.
  • Optimize applications and infrastructure for performance, security, and scalability across new and existing solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, team leads, project managers, and business stakeholders within an agile environment to support project delivery, technical alignment, and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide and receive cross‑training across front‑end and back‑end technologies to strengthen team capabilities and delivery effectiveness.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an API developer, back‑end developer, or similar software development role
  • Experience designing and developing APIs and microservices in enterprise environments
  • Experience with Java, Spring Boot, and strongly typed object‑oriented programming concepts and patterns
  • Experience with AWS cloud services such as Lambda, API Gateway, GraphQL, EKS, ECS, AWS CLI, and AppSync
  • Experience with cloud DevOps tools and processes including CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and shell scripting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Cloud platform certification or qualification in AWS and/or GCP
  • Experience developing tooling or automation solutions that improve developer efficiency and workflows

Compensation

The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600 – $86,000 annually. This range represents the Company’s good‑faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate’s qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role. Element also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
