Job summary

Tilray in Leamington, Ontario is seeking a Greenhouse Associate to support the cultivation and care of cannabis plants in a controlled greenhouse environment. You will follow SOPs, assist with daily horticultural tasks, and help maintain plant health.

Reporting to the Grower, you will help with watering, pruning, cloning, and harvest preparation while prioritizing safety, GMP practices, and Health Canada regulations. This role offers hands-on experience in a regulated production setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry platforms).
• Experience with greenhouse control systems (Priva) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Water, ventilate, and drain plants.
• Harvesting/Processing of flowering plants.
• Prune, defoliate, and clean mother and flowering plants.
• Assist with cloning, grading and transplanting of young plants.
• Report signs of pests, disease, or general ill health seen in crops to leads/growers.
• Maintain GMP and Health Canada compliance and SOPs.
