Job summary

Tilray Canada Ltd. is seeking a Production Associate in Nanaimo (Duke Point) to perform hand trimming and support room setup, change-overs, and product distribution. You will complete required trainings and maintain records as per SOPs, while reporting any equipment or safety issues.

The role requires safe work practices and the ability to work with others across departments. Reporting to the Processing Supervisor, this position offers an hourly rate of $21.00 and involves standing or sitting

• Follow direction and carry out tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical work style.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Hand trim product to internal standards.
• Set up, change-over, and distribute product in the room.
• Complete required training including QA and health & safety training.
• Report equipment or facility deficiencies and deviations from SOPs.
• Maintain documentation and records per SOPs and company policies.
• Participate in company training and assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
