Job summary

Diligent seeks an experienced GRC Advisor to join our team and work with key accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion within our platform. This role leverages our GTM and value drivers across people, processes, and technology, helping clients realize tangible business value.

The position requires 5–7 years in client-facing roles within legal, audit, risk, or compliance, and travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years in a client-facing role within legal, audit, risk, or compliance.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into business value.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on configuring and optimizing the GRC platform for clients.
• Assess client requirements and propose tailored solutions to address business needs.
• Collaborate with governance, risk and compliance requirements for client roadmaps.
• Ensure adoption of platform solutions to increase usage and retention.
• Partner with Product, Success and Sales teams to drive platform improvements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and share insights with clients.
