Job summary

Diligent is seeking an experienced GRC Advisor to work with key accounts, driving adoption, retention, and expansion of our platform. You will align clients’ governance, risk and compliance needs with Diligent’s One Platform, focusing on value delivery.

The role requires 5–7 years in a client-facing GRC context, strong communication, and the ability to travel to client sites. This is a hybrid role supported by a robust benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of client-facing experience in legal, audit, risk, or compliance.
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on configuring and optimizing the GRC platform to align with client goals.
• Assess client GRC requirements and tailor solutions.
• Collaborate with clients on roadmaps and governance to implement within Diligent’s platform.
• Ensure adoption of platform solutions and identify at‑risk accounts to increase usage.
• Partner with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales to drive platform improvement.
• Share insights on regulatory trends and best practices with clients.
