Archive Hospitality Group is seeking a Graphic Designer to drive design across our portfolio, balancing hands-on work with concept development. You will own projects from menus and marketing materials to event posters and digital ads, collaborating with marketing, HR, and F&B teams.
The role requires 3–5 years of experience, strong Adobe/CANVA/Canva/Figma skills, and a keen eye for typography and brand systems. A hybrid work setup is offered across our Toronto properties.

As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be the dedicated creative resource driving design excellence across our portfolio. This hybrid role balances hands-on execution with thoughtful conceptualization, ensuring every creative touchpoint reflects the unique spirit of our brands. From menus and marketing campaigns to event posters and digital ads, you’ll take ownership of design projects that support marketing, HR, F&B, rooms, and event initiatives.
Design Execution: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of creative materials including:
Brand Stewardship: Ensure consistency and alignment with each property’s brand identity, while bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate design.
Project Ownership: Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are exceeded.
Collaboration: Partner closely with the marketing team, property teams, and external vendors to deliver creative that supports business goals.
Creative Curation: Contribute ideas for how design can enhance guest experiences, staff engagement, and event programming.
Execution: Source, coordinate and oversee print and production of all branded materials.
