Role Overview :

As a UI / UX or Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing impactful, user-centered digital and visual assets that enhance brand presence and user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop prototypes, and mock-ups that bring digital concepts to life.
• Translate UI / UX ideas into functional and visually compelling user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and the product owner to ensure high-fidelity execution of design concepts.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual standards across all digital assets and user touchpoints.
• Create high-quality graphic assets to support marketing, communications, and branding initiatives.
• Actively participate in design reviews, implement feedback, and continuously iterate to improve design quality.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, scalability, and cross-platform consistency.
• Manage multiple design projects efficiently while meeting deadlines and project goals.

What We’re Looking For :

• Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in UI / UX and graphic design
• A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design or UI / UX skills across different types of projects is an asset.
• Knowledge of popular UI / UX or graphic design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Knowledge of AI in using various graphic design or UI / UX tools.
• A meticulous eye for detail, fueled by your passion for UI / UX design.
• A willingness to adapt and embrace constructive feedback, always seeking ways to improve.
• Thrives in an autonomous environment, enjoys problem-solving and has an eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal.
• Excels at handling repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring quality every step of the way.
• Are highly organized and proactive, and able to manage and prioritize projects effectively.
• Self-motivated with a drive to excel, even without constant supervision.
• A positive attitude and a knack for brainstorming innovative creative ideas.
