What you will be doing:


Visual Design & Brand Adherence
  • Create marketing materials including brochures, posters, social media graphics, event signage, web graphics, lab assets & digital assets.
  • Ensure all creative output adheres to AGAT’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of AGAT’s visual presence.
Software Proficiency & Execution
  • Work fluently and expertly in Adobe Creative Cloud applications – Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) to support document preparation and communication
  • Prepare accurate and technically correct files for print and digital distribution.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to maintain consistency across all design deliverables.
  • Support marketing team members and internal stakeholders with creative needs.
  • Accept feedback constructively and incorporate revisions promptly and professionally.
Project Management & Workflow
  • Balance multiple ongoing projects while meeting established deadlines.
  • Stay organized and accountable in task tracking and communication.
  • Maintain asset libraries and file organization to support efficient workflows.
What you bring to the table:
  • Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years in a graphic design role (in-house or agency)
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook in a business setting.
  • Experience in Canva is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with Hubspot is an asset.
  • Experience with corporate design is an asset.
  • Strong layout, typography, and design principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team.
