Toronto Community Housing in Toronto, Ontario, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Grants to lead centralized grants finance, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance for grant applications and reporting. You will partner with internal teams and external funders to support budgeting, forecasting, and program outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or similar discipline.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in public sector finance, non-profit or housing sector funding.

Responsabilidades

• Grants Financial Reporting and Compliance: analyze grant applications, funding agreements, ensure compliance, support funder reporting.
• Financial Planning and Business Support: lead annual planning, develop financial models, forecast budgets, support grant funding opportunities.
• Governance & Reporting: report financial results, monitor compliance with funding agreements, prepare board reports.
• Other: build relationships with stakeholders, support continuous improvement, act as backup for finance staff.
