Day-to-day duties include identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, meeting producers in person, and updating the Merchandising team with market information; occasional travel is expected.

Your Team

Grain & Crop Inputs: The Grain & Crop Inputs Division connects Canadian farmers to markets across the country and beyond. With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.

The Role

As the Grain Originator, the successful candidate will complement the high-volume contracts of the Merchandising department by developing and maintaining relationships with key grain producers and dealers. They will gain market information for producers and source grain to satisfy P&H’s export and domestic customer needs.
