Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Nipawin, Saskatchewan is seeking a Customer Account Representative to develop and manage a local grain customer base and help achieve business targets through strategic account management, strong communication, and a customer‑driven approach.

Key duties include negotiating grain contracts, promoting programs, coordinating contract logistics with internal teams, maintaining customer databases and transaction records, and analyzing agricultural trends to identify opportunities;

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in agriculture or sales/customer service.
• Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Business Administration or Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
• Equivalents in education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate grain contracts with a defined client base to meet/exceed targets.
• Promote programs within the market center to meet business results.
• Coordinate logistics of contracts with internal teams to ensure obligations are met.
• Maintain a database of customer profiles and transactions for analysis.
• Analyze agricultural trends and service needs to inform strategy.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with producers to achieve objectives.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust marketing programs accordingly.
• Contact producers within timelines to raise awareness of needs.
