Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in agriculture or sales-related customer service.
• Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Business Administration or Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software.
• Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Procure grain contracts by developing and maintaining a customer base.
• Negotiate contracts to meet area targets within marketing plans.
• Promote programs in market centres to drive results.
• Coordinate logistics and administrative requirements with internal teams.
• Maintain customer profiles, transactions, inventories, and reporting.
• Analyze agricultural trends and service needs related to strategy.
• Build partnerships with current and potential customers.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust marketing programs.
