Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Canora, Saskatchewan is seeking a Customer Account Representative to grow and manage a regional customer base focused on grain procurement. You will develop contracts, coordinate logistics with internal teams, and help drive business results through effective account management.

The role requires at least one year in agriculture or sales-related customer service, strong communication and negotiation skills, MS Office proficiency, and a valid Class 5 license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in agriculture or sales/customer service.
• Certificate in Agriculture, Agri-Business, Business Administration or Sales and Marketing or equivalent.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• MS Office proficiency and related software.
• Excellent customer service skills both in person and by phone.
• Valid class 5 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate grain contracts from a defined client base to meet/exceed area targets.
• Promote programs within the market centre to meet business results.
• Coordinate logistics of contracts with internal team to ensure obligations are met.
• Maintain databases of customer profiles, transactions, inventories and reporting.
• Analyze agricultural trends and service needs related to business strategy.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with current and potential customers.
