Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited in Hamlin, SK, is looking for a motivated Facility Assistant III to assist in the operation of the facility, ensuring production targets are met while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in grain elevator operations and be skilled in health and safety practices. Benefits include health care, tuition reimbursement, and a wellness program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in grain elevator operation is required.
• Experience in a team lead or supervisor role.
• Thorough knowledge of grading factors and elevator equipment is needed.
• Must be trained in Health & Safety procedures.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in overall facility operation and achieving production targets.
• Monitor safe operating procedures with documentation.
• Contribute to grain movement by loading/unloading shipments.
• Assist in mentoring Facility Assistants on safety practices.
• Perform regular facility maintenance and housekeeping.
