Job summary

Bartlett is seeking a Grain Elevator Team Leader in Northgate, SK. You will train and support hourly team members while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a heavy grain-handling environment.

Responsibilities include supervising operations, overseeing loading/unloading, and maintaining documentation on weights, materials and equipment performance. Overtime and weekends are common during harvest season.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in grain handling facility or similar.
• For safety, read/write/understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide training, support and guidance to hourly team members.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary workplace per policy and regs.
• Oversee loading, unloading, sampling, grading, transferring, blending, drying and storage of grain.
• Assist supervision and management of personnel and operations.
• Familiarize with operations, policies and procedures; record weights and material data.
• Support maintenance and elevator operations; ensure safe equipment use.
