Job summary

Labatt Breweries of Canada invites new graduates to join its Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program—a 10-month rotation through Brewery, Sales and Logistics, with hands-on experience at multiple sites, including the Toronto headquarters and other Canadian locations.

Following onboarding in Toronto and a global onboarding in St. Louis, the program offers immersive leadership development and a path to placements in Frontline Sales or Supply Chain based on interest and business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or related field.
  • Graduated within the last 2 years; 2025, 2026 or graduation no later than September 2027.
  • Must be mobile and open to relocation to different functions/locations across Canada.
  • No formal work experience required; internship is a plus.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through Brewery, Sales, and Logistics teams during the GMT program.
  • Experience across sites including brewery locations, warehouse facilities, and Toronto HQ.
  • Participate in immersive leadership training and strategic business projects.
  • Post-program placement in Frontline Sales or Supply Chain based on interests.

Salary: $80,000 CAD+ LivingStipend

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The GMT program offers a 10-month rotational experience designed to immerse you in variousfacets, providing hands-on experiencesacross our core business areas.

As you progress,you’llrotate through our front-lineBrewery, Sales, and Logistics teams, gaining exposure to different operational sites, including,brewery locations,warehouse facilities,ourTorontoheadquarters, and other localized sites. Each rotation includes immersive job shadowing whereyou’lllearn about specificprograms andprocesses, whileworkingonstrategic business projectsto prepare you for your first placement.

Following the program, you will continue tobuildyourLabattjourneywith placementtypically inaFrontlineSales or Supply Chain team, based on your interestsand business needs.

Requirements:
