Job summary

Labatt Breweries of Canada is offering a 15‑week Sales Management Internship in Toronto, working five days a week in the office. The role provides hands-on experience on meaningful projects with onboarding, workshops, and mentorship, culminating in a final project presentation and exposure to senior leaders.

The program supports growth with exclusive intern events, swag, on‑site pubs, and pathways to future full‑time roles after graduation.

Qualifications

  • 2nd or 3rd year of an Undergraduate Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Returning to school in September 2027.
  • Graduating in December 2027 or later.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (Required in Quebec).
  • Can legally work in Canada.
  • Of legal drinking age (18+ in AB, MN & QC and 19+ elsewhere).
  • Geographical & Functional mobility for your future Full‑time position is a requirement – open to experiencing different functions and locations across Canada

  • Take ownership of a strategic project that directly contributes to driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Gain a deep understanding of each aspect of the Sales function by working closely with cross‑functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across various sales groups.

INTERNSHIP SPECIFICATIONS
  • Be strategically placed in any area within our Sales function, including Sales Intelligence, Customer Connections, Go To Market, Category Management or Sales Revenue Management.
  • Take ownership of a strategic project that directly contributes to driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
