Job summary

Graduate Admissions and Records Office (GARO) Input clerks are responsible for all aspects of the receipt and initial processing of applications to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Input Clerks may also assist the GARO Advisors and Officers with other projects as requested and will assist with training new hires, including casual and work study student staff.

Working as part of the GARO team, this position will be on rotation to cover front counter staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a post-secondary administrative office or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office and student information systems
• High accuracy with high volumes of time-sensitive data

Responsibilities

• Process applications to GARO and support front counter scheduling
• Assist GARO Advisors/Officers and train new hires
• Maintain confidentiality and FOIPP compliance
