University of Toronto’s Department of French seeks a part-time Graduate Administrator to support graduate programs. The role involves advising students, managing awards, preparing reports, and coordinating admissions and course materials in a fast-paced, diverse environment in downtown Toronto.
The position requires strong bilingual communication, graduate office administration experience, and proficiency with ROSI, Degree Explorer, and MS Office.

The Department of French at the University of Toronto offers an exciting and immersive environment conducive to educating, motivating, and success. The programs we offer cover the literature, linguistics, cultural aspects, and understanding of the French language. Our objective is to develop the academic knowledge of all students using a series of methodology courses and research-oriented seminars, leading to the perfection of their research skills in French Studies. Located in Canada’s largest city, our department provides the necessary resources for the development of critical skills to utilize French fluently, as one of Canada’s official languages.
This is a part-time (60% FTE), continuing (permanent) position for three (3) days per week.

USW Pay Band 12 — $81,312. with an annual step progression to a maximum of $103,986. Pay scale and job class assignment is subject to determination pursuant to the Job Evaluation/Pay Equity Maintenance Protocol.
