Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue. For customers, building their own stories experience can take years and a lot of investment however Storyteller has solved this by allowing companies to integrate in days, not years all for one monthly cost.

Our end‑to‑end platform gives companies a best‑in‑class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Graduate Account Manager for Storyteller, you'll be a key point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with our platform. You'll gain hands-on experience in account management, working closely with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their goals. We're committed to providing you with the support and mentorship you need to grow into this role and take on increasing responsibilities.

In time, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Gaining a deep, almost obsessive understanding of your clients’ teams, competitions and sports, more than anyone else in the company
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and being the first person to respond to any queries
  • Understanding clients' business goals and challenges, and aligning Storyteller's solutions to meet their needs
  • Monitoring client usage and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion, as well as any risks to mitigate
  • Conducting regular check-in calls and meetings with clients to review performance and address any concerns, and ensuring all notes are recorded and converted into any relevant actions
  • Providing Quarterly Business Reviews to clients, containing actionable recommendations, progress reports and account performance
  • Owning, updating and keeping track of any actions assigned for your client, as well as ensuring client details are kept up to date in Airtable
  • Working with the Delivery Manager and clients’ app vendors on any specific integration projects
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Design, Support) to ensure we deliver the services that our clients are expecting
  • Advocating for client needs and feedback with the Product team.
  • Contributing to improvements in our account management processes and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A real interest in AI, technology and recent advancements
  • A real interest in the business-side of sports, as well as a love of watching and following sport generally
  • Proactive attitude; you’re always first on the scene grabbing hold of things
  • A self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and initiative
  • A detail-oriented individual who ensures that all work is completed with accuracy, precision, and thoroughness
  • Experience communicating directly with customers
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and clients simultaneously, and comfort in constant context-switching
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, bonus points if you have experience with a SAAS PM tool such as Airtable or Monday

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Firstly, you will be asked to complete an online video which will involve answering a mixture of questions.

Secondly – if your interview goes well, you will be sent a follow-up exercise (for which you will be compensated) that aims to test your project management and problem solving skills. Depending on the outcome of this exercise, you will be invited for a final interview with Andy, our Head of Delivery.
