Qualifications

• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic understanding of construction site safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist equipment operators by clearing sites, marking lines, and ensuring safe excavation zones.
• Dig trenches, foundations, or holes manually or with basic tools.
• Load and unload construction materials, and transport them around the site.
• Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Help with site layout and measurement using levels, lasers, or tape measures.
• Support installation of pipes, drainage systems, and other infrastructure.
• Follow site safety procedures and wear PPE at all times.
• Assist in backfilling, compacting, and grading tasks.
• Identify and report potential hazards to the supervisor.
