Job summary

The Parts & Service Fleet Bid Analyst at Ford will own the government bid process end-to-end, from researching bids to reporting and automation. You will work closely with the Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro Teams to secure contracts and drive analytical insights across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates have strong programming and data analysis skills, with advanced Excel/Power BI proficiency and CRM experience, plus the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Data Science.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Power BI, and Power Automate; able to produce accurate, polished deliverables with minimal guidance.
• Experience with CRM software (Salesforce) to manage customer relationships, track sales, and analyze customer data.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire government bid process from researching bids to automating weekly reports.
• Coordinate with Ford Customer Service Division and Ford Pro Teams to secure contracts.
• Meet government procurement officials and build relationships.
• Analyze and summarize bid documents for field teams and management.
• Organize meetings with market area teams and dealers for bid opportunities.
• Train dealerships on bid responses and provide input.
