Duration: 6 months (very possible extension up to two years)

Location: downtown Toronto (1-2 days per week onsite)

Interview process: 2 rounds (likely virtual)

Roles Summary: This role involves Business Analysis (BA) work, supporting the execution of key monthly business processes related to Engineering & Platforms' Cloud and On-Premise environments. Responsibilities include governance and ensuring process performance and compliance with metrics.

Must Have

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in analytics, strategic initiatives, or Business Analysis, with a background in Business Management
• Master's degree or higher preferred
• Familiarity with Cloud governance, financials, and development practices
• Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 tools
• Experience in KPI/OKR creation and analysis, including cloud cost analysis
• Understanding of technical and governance concepts
• Experience working within set processes and procedures
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Organized, multitasking ability, and ability to produce quality deliverables on schedule
• Experience managing governance, audits, and regulatory interactions
• Change management experience is a plus
• Power BI experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Monthly preparation of Cloud Metrics, governance reports, and structure enhancements (no technical cloud experience required, basic understanding of governance and financials needed)
• Gather materials, generate metrics using Excel and PowerPoint
• Develop and analyze KPI/OKR
• Create and maintain dashboards
• Prepare and publish monthly Cloud Governance materials
• Maintain files for downstream processes
• Document team processes and procedures
• Identify opportunities for improvement
• Support ad hoc and executive requests
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather updates and share actionable insights
• Gather requirements and document business processes
