Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC) seeks a Manager, Governance to coordinate corporate governance processes, boards and committees, and related records. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the role ensures timely materials, compliance, and follow‑up on governance actions across IRC entities.

This position emphasizes Indigenous governance practices and community needs, with relocation support for eligible candidates and in‑office work in Inuvik, Northwest Territories.

Qualifikationen

• A diploma or degree in business administration, governance, legal studies, public administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in corporate governance, legal administration, corporate records, or board and committee operations.
• Working knowledge of Indigenous governance practices, community engagement and the governance context of Indigenous organizations.
• Strong organizational, written communication, judgement, discretion and relationship‑management skills.

• Prepare timely and accurate governance materials and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
