Job summary

Pursuit in Banff is hiring for a full-time, year-round maintenance role starting September 9, 2026. You will service gondola lifts, perform inspections, and manage facility maintenance to ensure safety and guest satisfaction.

Requirements include millwright status or equivalent, electrical knowledge, lift operations experience, and the ability to work at heights. A positive safety record and customer service focus are essential.

Qualifications

Millwright journeyman status or equivalent.
Electrical knowledge and 24VDC, PLC troubleshooting.
Lift operations and lift maintenance experience.
Building maintenance or construction experience.
Fall Arrest certifications or ability to complete.
First Aid Training and Driver's license an asset.

Responsibilities

Maintain and contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by adhering to all safety procedures.
Perform preventative maintenance of lift equipment and other lift maintenance duties including inspections and gondola servicing.
Under management direction, operate gondola lift per CSA Z98-19 code.
Perform preventive maintenance of building facilities including HVAC and sanitary equipment.
Complete and manage work using a computerized maintenance management system.
Ensure each guest interaction is friendly and professional.
Be willing to support teammates in all areas of operations.
Duties may require lifting over 50lbs, working at heights, and using tools.
