Pursuit is hiring for seasonal Spring/Summer 2026 roles in Banff. Join our team to help keep Gondola grounds clean, assist guests, and support a high-quality guest experience in a multi-location hospitality and attractions company.

The role emphasizes customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. Starting wage is $19.00 per hour, with opportunities across full-time and part-time seasonal positions.

Qualifications

• Bring a positive attitude with strong customer service skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision.
• Possess the physical ability to perform all cleaning tasks in an assigned time.
• Proven ability to work within strict policy/procedures and guidelines.
• WHMIS knowledge and cleaning experience an asset.
• A clean Driver’s License required; Alberta Class 4 License an asset.

Responsibilities

• Keep Gondola grounds and facilities tidy to provide guests with a high-quality experience.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks for all guest and team member areas (washrooms, eating areas, offices, common areas).
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping; empty garbage and maintain recycling.
• Follow safety rules and report hazards to Manager on duty.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and restock as required.
• Sweep/shovel exterior decks, walkways, and parking lot as needed.
• Water plants as required.
• Assist with evacuation procedures in emergencies.
• Answer guest questions about the Banff Gondola and surroundings area.

This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, full time and part time seasonal roles available!

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all Gondola grounds and facilities are kept tidy and clean to provide guests with a high-quality experience.
• Performing established daily cleaning tasks for all guest and team member areas. Such as washrooms, eating areas, offices, and common areas. Ensure task lists are maintained and up to date.
• Vacuuming of floors, sweeping, and mopping. Empty garbage bins and maintaining the recycling program on an ongoing basis.
• Following all safety rules and procedures. Notify Manager or Supervisor on duty of any safety hazards or concerns.
• Monitoring cleaning supply inventory. Replenish/restock cleaning supplies when required.
• Sweeping or shovel exterior decks, walkways, and parking lot as required.
• Watering of plants as required.
• Assisting with evacuation procedures in the event of an emergency.
• Answer guest questions regarding the Banff Gondola and surroundings area.
• Other duties as assigned
