Job summary

OmniaBio Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Maintenance Planner to coordinate PM orders and maintain SAP PM module for cGMP activities. The role collaborates with Facilities & Engineering to optimize maintenance and minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include managing CMMS, vendor approvals, BOM maintenance, and inventory planning to ensure availability of parts and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Science, Engineering, or Technology field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a GMP pharmaceutical or laboratory environment.
• Previous experience with SAP.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMMS relating to SAP PM Module to support site maintenance requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, vendor approvals and change control.
• Develop and maintain equipment BOM and spare parts inventory.
• Schedule inventory items and cycle counting; generate accuracy reports.
