Responsibilities

• Assist in leading General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes in partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, promoting products/services, locating merchandise, assisting with purchase decisions, and resolving or referring concerns
• Provide direction and coordinate task completion according to priorities from management
• Assess department presentation and appearance, identify deficiencies, and execute merchandising display changes
• Delegate, assist with, and follow up on daily Customer Availability Process tasks
• Support scheduling as needed
• Assign Associates to support coverage and availability tasks throughout the store
• Participate in training and development of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and provide feedback
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures
