Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced retail manager to lead and develop store teams in Calgary. You will build strong relationships with Owners and Store Support, support district operations, and ensure execution of merchandising and safety standards.

The role emphasizes labor target achievement, process improvement, and collaboration with a diverse management team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience coaching, developing, and managing in retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of store systems (SAP, STAS, SWEDA MART, etc.).
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comfortable managing within a union/nonunion environment.
