Job summary

Husky Technologies is seeking a strategic VP of Accounting & Controllership to lead global accounting, close, and governance. Based in Bolton, Ontario, you will shape the controllership function across multiple entities, drive IFRS compliance, and partner with the CFO to support growth and investor reporting.

You will oversee financial reporting, consolidation, and internal controls, accelerate the monthly close, and implement automation, data analytics, and ERP upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience leading global controllership in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong governance, controls, and compliance expertise.
• Proven leadership in finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, and controllership.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and timely financial reporting to leadership and boards.
• Drive automation and standardization of finance processes.
• Partner with IT to maximize ERP capabilities.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap for controllership function.
