Job summary

Dayforce is seeking a Vice President, HR Business Partner Leader to join as a senior strategic partner, reporting to the CHRO. This role will drive enterprise-wide people strategies, leadership development, and transformation across a globally distributed HRBP team.

The successful candidate will bring 15+ years of HR leadership, executive presence, and a deep capability in partnering with executives to shape talent, culture, and organizational design in a complex, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible Human Resources leadership experience advising and partnering with C-suite executives in global organizations.
• Demonstrated executive presence with strategic consulting capability and influence across organizational boundaries.
• Experience building and leading global HRBP teams with measurable strategic impact.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to C-suite executives, translating business strategy into functional HR plans.
• Develop holistically aligned people and organization strategies with measurable outcomes.
