ARC'TERYX is seeking a Visual Merchandising (VM) Planner - NAM to partner with Merchandising, Planning, Allocation and Retail Brand Marketing. You will develop monthly VM directives defining floor layouts, product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store marketing strategies for North America.
You will lead regional VM initiatives, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and travel within North America for key events. Hybrid work is available and eligibility to work in Canada is required.

You develop and execute monthly visual merchandising directives that define floor layouts, product presentation, mannequin styling, and in‑store marketing strategies. These directives translate the brand vision into clear, actionable standards and set the framework for visual excellence across the North American store fleet. Leveraging your understanding of the outdoor industry and retail environments, you inspire innovation, elevate store execution, and drive continuous improvement throughout our retail spaces.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada

The team creates, delivers and trains on evergreen brand standards and seasonal directives informed by collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this role is CAD$82,000-CAD$103,000.
Most new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc'teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
