Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering, product management, market analysis, or a related role within the transformer, insulation, pulp and paper, or energy industry.
• Strong technical understanding of transformer insulation materials, transformer technologies, or related industrial products.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends and assess impact on the transformer insulation portfolio.
• Identify opportunities to differentiate products through customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
• Evaluate technical requirements and conduct competitive assessments for product improvements.
• Maintain and enhance technical specifications to ensure competitiveness and customer value.
• Lead benchmarking and quality feedback analyses to drive performance improvements.
• Support compliance with international regulations and industry standards across the lifecycle.
• Translate market and customer requirements into inputs for roadmaps and development activities.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, launch materials, and training programs.
