Job summary

Husky Injection Molding (via Husky TechnologiesTM) is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to lead a multinational sourcing team and shape strategic procurement across key product categories.

You will drive cost savings, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure high quality and timely delivery while collaborating with product development, manufacturing, and operations to support company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience sourcing multiple categories in manufacturing/product-driven industries.
• Strong supplier relationship, quality, lead time, and NPI experience.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of sourcing managers to drive cost savings and supply chain excellence.
• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies across key product categories.
• Mentor and evaluate team performance, optimize supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and operations.
• Monitor supplier quality, lead times, and on-time delivery; manage risk.
• Drive NPI sourcing with cross-functional teams.
