Job summary

Sophos Group is seeking a Vice President, Total Rewards, to lead global total rewards strategy, design, and delivery of compensation and benefits for a complex, multinational workforce. You will leverage data, reliable AI, and automation to improve decisions and scale operations across the organization.

You will oversee executive compensation analysis, manage equity programs, and partner with HR and Finance to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits at a global technology company.
• Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, regulatory requirements, and market trends.
• Hands-on experience managing equity programs, including private equity environments.
• Proven track record turning strategy into action and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Set global total rewards strategy and evolve programs to stay competitive and compliant across regions.
• Lead executive compensation analysis and materials for the Board.
• Manage equity programs in alignment with the broader compensation framework.
• Design base pay, variable pay, equity, and recognition programs with fairness and market competitiveness.
• Shape global benefits including health, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Advance total rewards technology, analytics, and workflow automation with HR partners.
• Build and develop a global Total Rewards team with cross-functional capability.
• Foster strong relationships across HR, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
